Order Products (Web)

In the RE-OPS Marketplace, you can order items on demand from a tailored catalog specifically curated for a community’s needs. This customized catalog allows your team to easily access the products needed, sourced from trusted suppliers.

There are two methods which can be used to purchase products:

  • On demand catalog items
  • On demand inventory items

In this guide, we will focus on ordering items from the Property Catalog. 

1. Navigate to 'Orders'

Click on Orders

 

2. Click 'Add order'Click on Add Order

 

3. Select the desired category 

Select a desired category to purchase from your custom catalog


4. Add items to order 

When browsing items to purchase, you can easily navigate through your customized property catalog to find items, or use the search bar to quickly locate items searching by an item's name, model, or SKU#.

Each category should contain the items that were approved for your community. Should you need additional items to be added to your property catalog, please reach out to our Help Team. 

To add an item to your order, click the '+' sign and then adjust the quantity, as needed.

5. Review order 

When you feel like the order is complete, click 'Review order.'

6. Confirm order

When the order is complete and you are ready to send to the selected suppliers, click 'Confirm order.'

Note: The order experience will look slightly different for different team member roles. For example: Your user role will influence your ability to approve orders; depending on your role, the order may need to be approved by a manager before it can be submitted to a supplier.
