Q: I work at a property which is using the RE-OPS Marketplace. What training should my team complete before getting started? 

A: The recommended training for property management team members is RE-OPS 101: Introduction & Ordering Essentials. Click HERE to review the guide that will help with registering for one of our upcoming training sessions

 

Q: To begin using RE-OPS, where should my team sign in? 

A: Property team members can access RE-OPS on the web and on their mobile device.

  • Mobile App: RE-OPS Marketplace (available for iOS and Android)

Q: I forgot my password… how do I get back into my account?  

A: Don’t worry; it happens to all of us! To reset your password, head to the sign in screen and use the ‘reset password’ link found there.
