Adding Vendors

Learn how to quickly add vendors in RE-OPS to simplify your procurement process.

1. Select Vendors:

Vendors will house a directory of all the vendors that have been added for a community, and will be the fastest way for a user to identify which companies are added and approved as Partners to purchase items from. It will also hold the contact information of the company rep for each specific vendor partner.


Click on Vendors



2. Click on Add Vendor

After accessing the Vendor tab, click on “add vendor” which is located on the right side of the screen in order to find a Vendor Partner that will then be added into the vendor directory for a specific community.

Disclaimer: All vendor partners displayed after clicking on “add vendor” are Vendor Partners that are part of the RE-OPS Vendor ecosystem. To request any other preferred vendors that are not currently part of RE-OPS, please email help@re-ops.co



Click on Add Vendor

3. Select vendor that will be added to a community




4. Fill out Contact information ( if any)





5. Click on add VendorClick on Add Vendor


6. Vendor added will now be part of Vendor Directory
